Acceptance

By installing or using BuyAgainFlow (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you are using the app on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.

The service

BuyAgainFlow schedules and sends consent-safe Buy Again reminder emails to eligible customers, builds exact cart links, and attributes reorders so merchants can track recovered revenue. Features may evolve over time.

Merchant responsibilities

• You are responsible for collecting valid marketing consent from your customers and for complying with applicable email, marketing, and privacy laws.
• You are responsible for the content you configure in reminder emails, including subject, intro, button, and footer.
• You must not use the app to send unsolicited email to customers who have not consented to marketing.

Beta and custom-app limitations

BuyAgainFlow is currently offered as a custom-app private beta to a limited number of stores. During this phase, Shopify in-app billing may not be active, send limits apply, and features may change. Availability and limits will be communicated to participating merchants.

Billing

Public launch pricing is published on our website and starts at $19/month. Plans include a 14-day free trial, exclude test emails from send limits, and can be cancelled at any time. In-app billing terms will apply once Shopify billing is enabled at public launch.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the app for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messaging.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or its infrastructure.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific amount of recovered revenue, deliverability outcome, or reorder rate. Results depend on your products, customers, and configuration.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyAgainFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost revenue or data, arising from use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service and its users.
